  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service at our discretion without prior liability.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Our Property: All proprietary software frameworks, source code, design elements, visual interfaces, graphics, trade names, and the TriangleMatrix logo are the exclusive intellectual property of TriangleMatrix and protected by international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.
  • Limited License: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view website materials strictly for standard commercial evaluation and interaction with our services.
  • Client Deliverables: Ownership rights regarding custom deliverables, code, or deployed workflows are defined explicitly within individual client contracts.

3. Acceptable Use

When utilizing our website and platforms, you agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary algorithms or architectural frameworks.

  • TriangleMatrix is not liable for service interruptions, downtime, or policy shifts originating from external third-party providers.
  • You are responsible for complying with all relevant third-party platform terms and API licenses tied to your accounts.

  • TriangleMatrix and its directors, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or operational continuity resulting from system usage.
  • Our total cumulative liability arising out of or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to TriangleMatrix for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the preceding three (3) months.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted uptime.
